Trains!

Several months ago, I had gotten extremely tired of picking up an entire box worth of train tracks and trains.  The kiddos would dump everything out and fling it everywhere during their play, which I didn't mind as long as it was respectful, however, they would not clean them up afterwards.  So at night, I would end up cleaning them up so that no one (namely me) would get hurt while walking to bedrooms upstairs during the night.  So, I packed them up and put them in the attic.  It wasn't until this morning, when the older kiddos had spent the night at Grandma and Papa's house with the cousins and I had just Levi home for a bit, that I remembered they were in the attic.  Thinking Levi might like them, I got them out.  He played with them for HOURS!!!  He didn't just like them, he LOVED them.  I couldn't believe it.  Nothing had ever captured his attention for so long!  This was a miracle to me!  So I played with him for a long while.  Then I did some things upstairs in his room and just watched him play.  Oh, it was so much fun for both of us.  And you bet your bottom dollar, these trains stayed out.  Now, I just have to figure out what needs to go back into the attic.  hmmmm...
