New Year's Eve

This was the day that Missi and the girls left.  We didn't really have any big plans, and I didn't even take any pictures.  However, I took the kiddos to Ikea and got a table and a clock to continue our transformation of the playroom into more of a school room. While we assembled that stuff, we ate chips with some yummy cream cheese dip that Trent made.  We also played Uno with the Trey and Jada - which is quickly becoming one of their favorite games to play.  I then continued to work on organizing the house.  Trent fell asleep on the sofa and I figured I'd head to bed too.  But, with all these ideas running through my head for the house, I was not at all tired.  So, I stayed up cleaning/organizing, watched the ball drop, texted my mom (who is always up!) and then went to bed.  2013 is officially over.  I just cannot believe that it is.  As I look back, I can't believe that our babies are growing up so fast.  I can appreciate much more now, when people say that the kids grow up way too fast.  They are.  And I've got so many things I want to do better - and at this rate, they will be out of the house before I figure out how to improve!  Luckily, my dear, wonderful husband will still be with me to see and help my growth!  Enough reflecting... let's look forward to a fun and fabulous 2014!  Now, do I have any new year's resolutions????
