Sharing The Love...

of fishing

Trey getting ready.

Missi helping Avalie get her fishing pole "baited" with corn kernels (that's our bait of preference)

Yes, Missi was panicking here - she does NOT like fish - and she was letting everyone know this as she was reeling it in!  Trent went over and saved her by getting the fish off.

The wonder of a fish you catch! (or your mom, or cousin, or aunt...)

 Missi with Avalie

My Jada fishing in her Halloween costume from last year.  Yes, she still loves it and wears it for dress up (and fishing too, I guess).

My dad giving all the grandkids "Foot Bones".  He came up with this crazy idea, and the kids love it. They get a kick out of it every time.  Of course, he had to get Tallis involved too!

We had Emerson and Avalie spend the night after fishing.  We set up the tent again (this time in the living room) and let them watch a little video before bedtime.  they had so much fun - though they stayed up way too late!  Such a precious time for them though!

Seth playing with Avalie.  These two really played well together!  Of course, he was playing with Aerial!

Headstands!  I showed Emerson a headstand, so everyone had to try one.  Our Seth though was absolutely hilarious!  Check out his progression:

 First, no hands.

Then, chin down - causing him to start to roll.

Then belly out when trying to put his head neutral.

 Arms being of no use.

Papa tried to help him with his arms.

Clearly, he didn't get it!!  But everyone got a belly ache from laughing so hard!

"Foot bones" for everyone again.
