Made it to Utah

Well, the 2 worst parts of the drive to Utah (aside from my not getting any sleep really), were:
          1.  that there was NO WHERE to stop and let the kiddos get out and run around or play at.  No McDonald's playland or anything of the sort!  That still blows my mind.  But we went through a lot of REALLY small towns in New Mexico and Colorado.  Even Southern Utah, we went through Moab, but that was about the biggest city until we were close to SLC.

          2.  how long we were in Utah, but not "there yet!"  While we did not hear the typical "are we there yet" question, we heard, "are we still in south Utah?" and "when will we be out of south Utah?" more times that we can count!

Eventually, though, we made it to Grandma and Papa Lofgreen's house.  All in all - the drive wasn't as bad as I had expected either.  It wasn't fun, but it wasn't terrible!

Almost immediately, this is what the kiddos did when we got there.  Especially Trey.  He took full advantage of playing in the snow.  He even wore a pair of Grandma Lofgreen's boots.  He just wanted to enjoy it.  And look how much fun he had.  Mommy and Daddy got out there with him too a few times, but he was always out enjoying the snow and scenery!  Jada and Levi hit the playroom immediately!  Like her Mommy, Jada isn't too fond of the cold.
