This was the evening that a few of Jada's best friends had their dance recital. However, Seth was not feeling well that night and I couldn't take her. So, luckily for us, Debbie Dakin (Evie's mom) was able to pick her up and take her. So, before she left, Jada wanted to make cards for each of her three good friends, Grace Heidenreich, Evie Dakin and Mable Allsop. Since we weren't able to go buy them flowers (and we didn't think that was really practical anyways) we made them some flowers too. Jada was so excited to go watch her friends perform. And I thought it was just darling how she wanted to give them all those things and be there for them. She is a great friend - and that will take her far in life and make her life rich in countless ways. How happy and proud this makes me! Thank you Jada for being so wonderful! We love you so much.
