Our friend, John Dakin, had finally earned his PHD just before Christmas. To be honest, I didn't even know he was working on one. He admits it has been a long time in the works - but with a full time job and a full family, I can see why! But he finally earned it and they celebrated with a bowling party at Splittsville. It was our first time there, but we had so much fun bowling with so many friends.
